M.Sc. (Major in Architecture)
Jasmin Drutjons: curious, sociable, and open-minded.
Jasmin’s journey toward architecture began with her interest in art and design combined with mathematics and physics. According to her, these disciplines can be “perfectly combined in architecture.”
So in 2019, she began her bachelor’s degree at HafenCity University (HCU), which she successfully completed in 2022 and then continued with a master’s degree. For Jasmin, architecture means creating living spaces that move people. She sees the profession of architecture as an opportunity to actively help shape and form her environment.
Jasmin has been part of Jomp. Architektur since 2023. At the office, she’s often engrossed in detailed drawings and enjoys finding inspiration over a cup of coffee. Her specialty is construction detailing, where she translates design ideas into plans for the construction site. Her colleagues appreciate her precise axonometric details and her delicious sweet potato risotto. As soon as the workday ends, Jasmin’s motto is: “Out I go—time to socialize.”
Jasmin’s quote: “Designing a dream city is easy; rebuilding a living one takes imagination” – Jane Jacobs
